What to expect

Therapy offers a calm and consistent space to reflect more openly, explore difficulties at your own pace, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.

Our work together is collaborative, thoughtful, and shaped around your individual needs.

How I work

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on your needs and experiences.

My work is primarily relational and informed by attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, neuroscience, emotion-focused work, and trauma-informed approaches, including trauma-focused CBT, where appropriate.

Rather than applying a fixed method, therapy is tailored to you as an individual and to the difficulties you are experiencing. This may include exploring emotional patterns, past experiences, nervous system responses, relationships, and ways of coping that have developed over time.

Alongside deeper exploratory work, I may also integrate more practical or psychoeducational elements where helpful, particularly around emotional understanding and regulation.
